Is it really free?

Yes. We're closing down and clearing our final stock, so every decanter and glass is free — you only pay shipping: $34.95 for the first piece and $30 for each extra piece.

Will you restock?

No. We're closing the store, so when a design is gone, it's gone.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–16 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to addresses across the United States.

What if my decanter arrives damaged?

Every piece is packed in protective, break-safe packaging. If anything still arrives broken, email us a photo and we'll make it right.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. See our returns page.

What can I put in it?

Whiskey, bourbon, scotch, rum, cognac, tequila — any spirit you want to show off.

Is it dishwasher safe?

No. Hand-rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh detergents and abrasive scrubbers.

Does it come gift-ready?

Yes — every decanter ships in protective packaging that's ready to hand over. Add a crystal glass or two from the glasses collection to complete the gift.
